While our non-surgical Ayurvedic protocols have achieved 20% to 30% first-day pain relief in thousands of cases, healthcare outcomes inherently vary across individuals based on age, stage of joint degeneration, lifestyle compliance, and co-morbidities. 4. Appointment Scheduling & Punctuality
To ensure personalized 30-minute attention for each patient, all clinical visits must be booked in advance. Patients are requested to arrive at our Thane West clinic 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot with previous medical reports and imaging studies (X-Rays / MRI).
5. Payment Terms & Gateways
Patients may choose to pay consultation fees online via authorized payment gateways (PayU / Cashfree) or in-person at the clinic reception desk. Fees are non-negotiable and inclusive of applicable local taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All website copy, clinical flowcharts, videos, logos, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Charak Health Solutions and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any clinical engagements are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
